Čokolada...mmm...

Ona je jednostavno neodoljiva, ha..??

Čokolada ima dugu povijest, koja seže čak do drevnih Maya. Oni su prvi koristili plodove drveta Theobroma cacao (u prijevodu: hrana bogova), koje raste u kišnim šumama Amazone, za prvoklasan, ukusni napitak - kakao.

Čokolada - povijest i širenje svijetom
Bila je to gusta tekućina bogata okusa, a radili su je tako što bi kuhali i mljeli plodove kakaa i nakon toga tu smjesu u vodi miješali sa sojom, vanilijom i čilijem. Bila je dostupna samo odabranima i smatrala se hranom bogova.

Posredstvom trgovaca, čokolada je dospjela i u Meksiko, gdje su je Azteci s oduševljenjem prihvatili. U 15 st., otkrivanjem Amerike, otkriven je i slastan napitak. U Europu je vijest donio slavni pomorac Christophor Columbo. No, tek je Don Cortes donio sirovine, kao i opremu potrebnu za izradu čokolade, u Španjolsku. Europa je otkrila božanstveni napitak u kojem su više klase američkih indijanaca uživale stoljećima! Španjolci su odlučili stvoriti svoju verziju napitka, izbacili su ljuti čili i dodali cimet i šećer. Međutim, zbog slabe opskrbe kakaom, izrada čokolade nije se proširila.

Prekretnicu u proizvodnji čokolade dogodila se kad je nizozemski kemičar Coenraad Van Houten, osmislio hidrauličnu prešu pomoću koje je uspio ekstrahirati čak 50% kakaovog maslaca, koji je dotad plivao po površini čokolade. Tako je dobio masu koju je mogao mljeti u prah. Prah je tretirao alkalnim solima da bi se lakše miješao s vodom.

Kasnije su počeli kakao maslac topiti i vraćati u kakao prah – na taj je način dobivena glatka pasta kojoj se mogao dodavati šećer bez opasnosti da masa postane zrnasta. I čokolada je postala mnogo ukusnija. Zahvaljujući kakao maslacu čokolade se onako slasno tope u ustima.

kako ste mi?? kao prvo želim svima zahvaliti na komentarčićima - thanks!! mala punkerica - slažem se s tobom! -lucky i ja se nadam da ćemo opet (bar jednom) pospikat s onim opičenim Talijančićima....i sa "Markom"! mar!jana drago mi je da si zaljubljena! I JA SAM, E!! =)))

......danas sam malo bila u shoppingu - nakupovala sam si nekoliko slatkih topića, minica.....itd. --znate...ja sam jednostavno "nadarena" za shoppingiranje! =)))

-WE LOVE BECAUSE WITHOUT LOVE - NO LIFE! zamislite svijet bez ljubavi....za mene to ne postoji - to ne mogu ni zamisliti!! svi trebaju ljubav, svima je potrebna...kad volimo: se sramotimo, žrtvujemo, ljutimo, plačemo, veselimo.....i crvenimo k'o paprike!!!! =)

Hello!

Kak' ste mi? ...nisam dugo pisala, tako da vam moram sve ispričati! U ponedjeljak sam išla kod svoje sestrične u Labin i danas sam se vratila.... -bilo je mrak! svaki dan sam išla na more i navečer po diskačima i tako..... upoznala sam fakat super ekipicu! Skompala sam se s nekim Talijančićima, jooj baš su simpa! fakat su simpa! čak su mi dali brojeve moba.... ;-)) navečer smo ja i frendica izlazile malo po Labinu, al' tamo je grozna tapija, pa smo išle u Rabac....tamo nije tapija! ;-) I tako..uglavnom bilo je super! thanks svima na komentarima! kad nađem glupu lozinku od e-maila koju već tražim tjednima, i ja ću vama ostavit komentarčić..... Cao, ki$$!!
